Cancellation Policy
- Please submit all cancellations in writing to jthien@greatplacetowork.com Full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received prior to May 13, 2010, less a 70€ administration fee. Cancellations received after May 13, 2010 are non-refundable.
- Registrations can be transferred to a colleague until May 13, 2010 by e-mailing authorisation to jthien@greatplacetowork.com. There is no fee for transfers. If you cannot attend, we encourage you to send a colleague in you place. It may be difficult for us to process transfers after May 13, 2010, however we will try and accommodate you onsite.
- In the unlikely event Great Place to Work® Institute needs to cancel the conference, paid registration fees will be fully refunded. The Institute´s liability is limited to the return of these fees.
Invoicing
When you have sent us your registration, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions by email. Thank you for joining our events!

Please use the below form to register for the 2010-events in Madrid. Notice that the Award Ceremony is exclusively for the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe 2010, so you can only register for this event, if you have received an invitation. Each of the 100 Best has one (1) free ticket for the Award Ceremony, but you can sign up more people for the above fee.
