The European Great Place to Work® Award DinnerA great workplace is one in which you "trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do, and enjoy the people you work with." Great Place to Work® Institute proudly invites all the Best Workplaces in Europe and the UK 2008 to the annual European Great Place to Work® Award Dinner, where the companies will be recognized for their achievements. This year, the Best Workplaces in the UK and Europe will be announced at the same event. The gala Award Dinner 2008 will be bigger and more prestigious than ever before and the event will take place at the National Maritime Museum in London. About 500 guests will celebrate the Best Workplaces and receive the Financial Times Best Workplaces special report ahead of the publication. The annual European Great Place to Work® Special Awards are a distinctive way Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTW) recognizes the accomplishments of organizations that have implemented creative and effective approaches to developing trust, pride, and camaraderie within their unique workplaces. Each year, five “Best Workplaces” are honoured for exemplary best practices focused on one of the five dimensions of the Great Place to Work® Model©: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. This year, the Institute is pleased to announce and recognize five outstanding companies in the five categories described below. The award categories reflect the Institute’s unique employee-centred approach. Awards will be presented during the Great Place to Work® Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, May 27. This event is exclusively attended by invitation. |
